Guest Policies Important information regarding your visit. |
We have been under NEW MANAGEMENT SINCE 2009. We love our guests but loud or unruly tenants will not be tolerated. All of our homes are located in residential areas and will not be used for Weddings, Receptions, Parties, or any other gatherings or group functions. We can loose our Busness license for the house and be fined. Please abide by all Policies stated below: Reservations are accepted by phone, online or in writing. We will be charging your credit card for one night stay and a NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE OF $50.00. We have a 5 night minimum during the summer high season (July 1 - Sept. 15). If your stay is 31 days or longer, the Security deposit will be $500.00. Please read the document carefully to ensure that the dates, amounts, etc. are correct. The rental and cleaning fees, a $50.00 booking fee and a 11% hotel tax are payable at check-in. Multiple payments will not be accepted. CHECK-IN time is between 3 and 5 pm. CHECK- OUT time is at 10 am. All keys and garage door openers must be returned to our office at CANCELLATION POLICY If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. You have 72 hours in the Winter for a Cancelation. In the Summer and ALL HOLIDAYS there is a 30 day notice. After 30 days, you will be charged for the full stay, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. *No refunds will be given for early departures or fewer guests, after the home is already occupied. CLEANING Each reservation is charged a cleaning fee. The amount depends upon the number of people and size of the home. Any damages or cleaning in excess of the amount paid will be automaticlly charged to your credit card. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible and we can not return any items left behind. * The items will be donated to a local charity. * NO EXCEPTIONS PETS are welcome in some homes; arrangements to bring your pet must be made at the time of the reservation. We charge a pet fee of $50.00 with a min. cleaning fee of $150.00. If pets are on the premises without authorization, you will be immeditely asked to vacate the primisses and no refunds will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY policies must be adhered to. Occupants in excess of the stated number will result in immediate termination without a refund of the rental amount. We can loose our Business licenses and be fined. Parking There will be no on street parking. You have to use the garages and driveway. No exceptions. You will be required to supply all Makes and Models of each vehicle at the premises. No groups or parties Furnishings & Supplies All homes provide sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towels, etc, as we do not allow inventory to be remmoved from the homes. * We provide only an initial supply of paper products and bath soap. If you need additional supplies for your stay, they can be purchased at our local stores. Please do not move the furniture. It has been arranged at the preferance of each owner **( if you move the furniture and do not return it to it's original location, you will be charged a fee to have us do so.) Trash Do not leave any bags of trash outside. Put garbage in Gray can, recycle in Blue Can. DO NOT PUT GARBAGE IN GREEN OR BLUE CAN. LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS from the house phone require a credit card or calling card. There is no charge for local calls with the following prefixes: 924, 926, and 927. ALL OF OUR HOMES are non-smoking. Prices are subject to change without notice. DISCLAIMER If the property you've booked should become unavailable for any reason, we will make every effort to move you into a similar vacation rental or refund your full deposit. Revised 1/2010 |
